About Brett

Born in Texas, Brett developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors at an early age, spending much of his youth hunting, fishing, and exploring the land. His passion for land stewardship, habitat restoration, and wildlife management ultimately led him to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Baylor University.

Following graduation, Brett gained valuable experience working with The Nature Conservancy and a species mitigation firm, where he further developed his expertise in land management, conservation practices, and environmental planning. These experiences provided him with a strong foundation in understanding the unique relationship between land, wildlife, and responsible stewardship.

After relocating to Southeastern Oklahoma with his wife , Brett spent seven years managing a commercial hunting operation. During that time, he oversaw habitat improvement projects, wildlife population management, and ranch development initiatives designed to enhance both recreational opportunities and long-term land value. His hands-on experience managing large tracts of land gave him a practical understanding of what landowners need to maximize the potential of their property.

Brett has combined his environmental background, land management experience, and passion for helping others to serve both buyers and sellers.
